(1) Take away the watch, ring and other
jewelry that you wear, and put the detector on a wooden or plastic table.
(2) Readjust the angle of the search coil
so that the coil can be parallel to the ceiling.
Note: Do not test the detector on a floor
of the building. Because most of the buildings have a floor in the presence of
metal, and they will interfere with the test object, or completely confused
signals.
(3) Move the sample that you want to test
with the distance about 5cm from search coil. (Such as a golden ring or a coin)
Note: The search coil can’t detect
stationary objects, because at this time you did not use the detector to scan,
so you have to move the test item.
If you use the coin to test, holding coins
flat (not edge) to search coil.
